For late night eating of any quality -Dublin is not a great place to be. There are a few however who will admit you after 10 pm.
The 101 on Talbot street stays open until 11 for orders. However it is best to ring in advance to ensure. +353 1 8745011 .Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Another very popular late night eating establishment and favoured by the acting community in Dublin is the Trocadero Restaurant on Andrew Street, very close to Grafton St and Dame St. Expensive for what you get but a great buzzy atmosphere most nights.
La Cave mainly a wine bar but also has a limited food menu after the normal restaurant closes. This tiny wine bar is located in a basement on South Anne Street (off Grafton Street) that stays open until the wee small hours. It depends on how busy they are as to what time they stop serving food... but worth a try for the excellent wine list at reasonable prices (for Dublin and the time of night !!!)
