If you go to Puerto Rico this hotel is a must for your stay. The staff is wonderful when it comes to Customer Service satisfaction, they know what they are doing. There is a special girl at the hotel desk name Heidi to whom we really appreciate all the help given to us in our stay at this hotel. HEIDI thank you for everything!
The hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and the staff goes all the way to provide a good service. Overall our experience was wonderful. We definetely will be back to Hampton Inn & Suites in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico!

It's above my expectations. The hospitality of the staff, the cleaness of the room, close access to the beach.

We got it with points. Can't comment on the price. The cab drive cost $11 to the SJU. $15 to old San Juan.

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites, he was working, I was on leisure. What a beautiful place to be and the staff was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent, everything was so clean each day. We loved the grill at the pool. They have delicious food and at a good price. The breakfast buffet in the morning was wonderful. There was something different each day. I appreciated the laundry and the computer room. We would go back any time.

The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to tips about San Juan. Breakfast was decent, the pool area was very nice (with a couple of submerged barstools in the pool for the swimming and drinking crowd). The only negatives were the airplane noise in the pool area (not a factor in the room) and the $20 taxi ride to old San Juan. This is a good place to stay with kids because of the nice, no-deep-end pool and the availability of suites with a separate living area (the suites are much nicer than the standard room - we stayed in both). No pay-for-view movies though - only regular cable with HBO. Very good italian ice cream place open late just across the street (they also serve diner food).
