What can I say --- Excellent hotel and perfect location!!!!! The king room was more than adequate in size and clean! The bathroom sink had a countertop area for your 'stuff'. The bed was very comfy! there was a desk with/chair and then a comfy chair with ottoman....room had a microwave and mini fridge with flatscreen tv!!! FYI - NO in room safes......There were no 'noise issues' either from the street or others rooms (and we were were there over Thanksgiving)--- we were on the top floor....view out window was overlooking some rooftops and skyscrapers and the sky! NICE!
We received everything we asked for from this hotel and would definitely return!!! It's close to everything!!!

This hotel is in a great location, one Block from Time square and right in the heart of the Theatre district. Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable (beds extremely comfortable) and very clean.

Hotel is close to the Subway and Port Authority Bus Station. You couldnt get a better location for exploring the city.

Front desk and concierge were helpful and even gave us a late check out (2pm).

I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Some reviewers have recommended eating at the 'Olympic Diner' across the street. Avoid this at all costs there are much nicer places to be found.

There is nothing bad I can say about my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! Perfect location, very clean rooms, efficient staff, decent sized rooms. I would definitely stay here again (and I am very picky about hotels!).

I just took my family to NYC for the first time. I was nervous about booking a hotel after reading so many horror stories! I finally settled on the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square and I am SO glad I did! Affordable, roomy, a great, helpful staff (who went the extra mile for me several times), LOCATION (right in Times Square and close to EVERYTHING). We loved NYC and will be back and will stay no where else but here!

“Rescued by the Hilton Garden Inn”

After booking into a horrible well-known chain hotel in Chelsea, we moved the next morning to the Hilton Garden Inn.

The room was twice as large as the previous room. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings looked new and well maintained.

The breakfast offered was delicious! The restaurant in the hotel is one of many French restaurants owned by a single company. They are all excellent restaurants.

The staff was friendly and took care of all of our needs quickly. When I informed the front desk that the lock wasn't working on our room door, someone was there to fix it in less than 2 minutes. Great timing!

The conceirge was able to get outstanding tickets to a musical for us.

Overall, a PERFECT stay. I wish I would have booked with this hotel from the beginning! Sadly, we couldn't stay longer because the hotel was booked for the last two nights of our trip to New York.
