First of all this Hotel fit the bill for what I needed and that being a hotel with decent access to SEA for a morning flight. We were actually sitting in the parking lot of another hotel and called this hotel directly and were quoted 109 as the cheapest rate for a King room. As I was being told that I was looking at the same room for 86 on Holiday Inn’s website so I booked it and saved 23 bucks.
The room was OK but very cramped and dated. They have tried to put too much in the room. There is a fridge and microwave beside the bed because there is nowhere else to put it. There is also a coffee table at the foot of the bed that needs to be tossed as all it does it take up space. The room we had was also basically half underground and the only window viewed a graffiti covered wall next door.
The staff was nice and the breakfast was typical for Holiday Inn Express but it did feel like a little bit of a shady area.
If I were in the area and needed a place I’d probably not stay there again.

Business serviceHotel was nice and conveniently located close to some shopping centres and the Enchanted Water Park where we spent half the day. Clean and comfortable. Beds were nice with hard and soft pillows. Breakfast that was included was nice standard selection of fruits, muffins, yogart and breads. The use of the internet in lobby was a nice plus. The only thing that would be a bonus is what to do after 9pm (no hotel pool or exercise room... but it is an 'Express' so I can't expect they would have such amenities) The Starbucks across the street was a nice treat. For a stay over, I would recommend this hotel.

Business serviceStayed here just a couple of weeks ago and though there is construction across the street we were given a quiet room at the back and heard nothing. The noise stopped in the evening and hadn't started when I left which was about 9am.
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was quite adequate with muffins, bagels, yogourt, fruit and toast available. And the staff friendly.
It's just a few miles south of SEA-TAC airport, with plenty of food and shopping in the area and not the higher prices of further north. I paid around $75 including tax and booked through HI internet reservations.
Very good value.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

ServiceAll the features you expect from a Holiday Inn Express, except the building.
But lets review all the good stuff.
The room had all the amenites I need and have grown accostomed to when I travel. A 25"-27" TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, desk, small round table, couch, hairdryer, iron and board. The staff is very friendly, however the hi speed Internet access was very slow on my visit Be advised it is a Wireless network, but it is free.
The hotel is a two story, outside corridor with stairs. The property sits on a corner with a Burger King, Subway and a Coffee Expresso store. The continental breakfast was great. This hotel would get 5 stars from me all day long if it were a newer building or the next time they upgrade the room furniture/decor.
