The food is excellent: if anything, the portions are big and the food tends to be a little on the heavy side, so two appetizers are often more than enough - although my tastes have changed as my metabolism has slowed down, and the younger members of our group devoured everything.
The steak was the best principal plate of the week I ate there.
The staff was friendly and reasonably competent - remember the town is one of the most isolated in the lower 48!
The wine list is well chosen and has some unusual selections from small vineyards.
Everything is fairly expensive but I believe restaurants have to buy wine at retail from the state liquor stores.
One request (or two) - espresso and lighter desserts!
As they say, Eat, Drink, and Be Merry, for tomorrow we will be in Utah.
