We were looking for an inexpensive option that was close to some local attractions. This place was perfect for our stay. They also have wireless internet available. The Opry Mills Mall and Gaylord Opryland Hotel are less than five minutes from this location. The desk clerk was extremely helpful with details for us and made sure we did not have any disappointments. The staff is definitely geared to making the customer happy. The rooms are spotless and have plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I spent Christmas weekend in Nashville & made advance reservations at this hotel. We had planned on taking the advertised shuttle service everywhere we wanted to go while in Nashville since this was our first visit there & did not want to drive in an unfamiliar town. Shuttle service was not available because it was Christmas weekend. That would have been fine had we been advised of this when we made reservations directly with the hotel. Also, we were not advised that there would be no housekeeping service on Christmas day. That, too, would have been understandable, but we should have been told that when we made reservations. Other than these services not being available as advertised, the hotel itself was not bad except that the bathroom floor could have used a good scrubbing, and the breakfast leaves a whole lot to be desired. To advertise it as "deluxe" is far from accurate. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

My family stayed here for 1 night and loved it. We weren't going to spend much time at the hotel and I didn't want to spend a lot of money for one. I decided on this hotel because it was half the price of the Courtyard that was right next door. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. I'm very glad I didn't pay double for the Courtyard or Amerisuites!

We stayed here for 5 nights in July 2005. Our room was excellently laid out with a spacious sitting area and plenty of desk and storage space. The decor was pleasing and the beds were very comfortable. There was a fridge and a microwave and wireless internet access was also included. The complimentary continental breakfast was adequate but the surley supervisor didn't help the atmosphere. We were part of a large group from Eastern Canada participating in an Irish Dancing competition at Opryland and we found the hotel ideally located, though we did have a rental car. Be wary if you need to rely on the hotel shuttle to get you over to Opryland. They charge you a one-time $10 for using it but the service doesn't start very early in the morning and it's not very flexible. Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool which was a godsend in the hot weather. There are plenty of reasonably-priced restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Overall we were delighted with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
