We stayed at this hotel on the 30th and 31st December being New Year's period Sydney was very busy and it was the only hotel with availability at an affordable price. We had a room on the ground floor and found bed bugs in the bed, they gave us a different room and as a compensation they gave us 2 nights free with breakfast included. The hotel itself is ok, too far away from Sydney but there is a regular train that goes directly to Sydney Central Station. I would recommend to check the sheets before going to bed. The staff was helpful and understanding.
