Where to start? From the moment my Girlfriend and I arrived we were totally relaxed and made to feel very welcome. What had the potential to be a stressful trip, being that we were visiting a family member in the hospital across the road, turned out to be one of the most pleasant stays we have ever had in a hotel.
The Sure Cafe downstairs, although busy, was excellent in food quality and service. Jason the Shuttle Bus Driver was friendly, knowledgeable about the hotel and very patient with us when we were running late on check out. The beds were also the most comfortable that we have slept in. So much that I think when we buy a new bed; we will be contacting the hotel to get the details. Because my girlfriend was a little stressed before the trip I upgraded to the Sweet Suite Urban Room, which had excellent views overlooking the Sydney water ways. I was stunned to find a BBQ on the balcony, with BBQ packs available from the restaurant, but because of bad weather I was unable to cook up a storm.
Overall we had a great time. The Staff and Surroundings were exactly what we needed. Job Well Done Urban Team 10/10
