I was visiting Pittsburgh for a wedding, and needed a hotel accessible to the city but still close to the airport. This hotel worked out really well. Very easy to find, and close to the freeway. Quick 20 min drive the the airport, and only 5-10 min to downtown. Rooms were clean and neat: nothing spectacular, but that's to be expected at a BW and for this price. Reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. Free internet access was great, as was the business center with computers and a small amount of free printing! Large parking lot with free parking was good. One small problem was that our toilet clogged, but the repair people were there right away and dealt with the problem immediately. My friend used the free shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel, and had to wait a while (almost 40 minutes?) to get picked up by a shuttle driver who was not much of a conversationalist, but a free shuttle is still a free shuttle. The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport worked out much better for her (no wait to get picked up). We didn't end up eating the continental breakfast (nothing amazing so we decided we would rather go out with friends), but in a pinch it would have been fine - would be nice to add some fruit to it. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, or the manager's reception so I can't comment on those.

Overall, for the price, it was a good choice. Cheap, easily accessible, and clean.
