I am quite a regular at the Inn, as I occasionally travel for work in the area. Lucky me. There are a number of changes at the Inn that should be noted, mostly good news.

The on-site restaurant, Mazzi, now serves breakfast - and they are just a delicious as the lunch and dinner menus. The down side is that the wonderful complimentary continental breakfast is no longer available.

The Inn now has over 60 rooms, newer rooms are located by the outdoor pool. More than 10 rooms have a jacuzzi, I stayed in one in the Amos King barn. The room is two floors with the jacuzzi above in a loft area. The 'barn' has metal roof and one of the days I stayed, it rained - the sound of the rain on the roof was fabulous - so peaceful.

Soon a new building is opening, which will be used for larger gatherings - wedding receptions, etc. In the spirit of the other areas, this will become an extremely well run facility.

I cannot say enough about this place - the small details - home made cookies next to the bed upon checkin, the showers in the bathrooms - some quite unique, the Seattle Best coffees - umm and for me the sauna, which is in the fitness centre.

Hotel and staff the best. the rooms were huge,clean and luxuriously appointed.We had pre dinner drinks at the bar and breakfast next morning. We were on a bus tour and stayed here overnight but we would love to return and spend more time in the area. A beautiful, friendly town worth the visit for a few days.
The beds in the room were great to sleep in and the bathrooms were well appointed.
The only thing about the bar area was that it was too cmall an area if you were in a group, not enough seating and a little on the small side,but having said this, it was still a pleasant area and service was good.

I wish to state my opinion on LEOLA INN AND SUITES as one of the finest accomodations and courteous staff that I have ever encountered.

I travel extensive using 4 star and above locations from ATLANTIS ROYAL TO GRAND HYATT MANHATTEN. The accomodations at Leola Inn are superior in comfort, room size, quietness, cleanliness and all aspects of expectations. The staff went out of their way to be extra friendly and accomodating in all respects.

The INN is rated at 4 STAR, but would have a top 5
rating anywhere else, and is worth every effort to stay at Leola Inn for any reason to be near that area. GREAT STAY AND JOB WELL DONE BY THE INN STAFF!

My boyfriend and I visited Lancaster for a quick overnight getaway in late June and were thrilled to have the opportunity to stay in one of the suites at Leola Village Inn & Suites. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are exceptional. The staff is amazingly accomodating in every and any way, the food at the onsite restaurant is wonderful, room service was excellent, quick, and friendly! I cannot say enough good things about this property or the people there -- we can't wait to go back for our anniversary in November!
