Booked a suite at the hotel because we were travelling with 2 children and a baby, and needed a separate room with a hideabed sofa. Arrived around midnight, with tired children, and discovered that the sofa in the suite was NOT a pullout bed (unlike all the Holiday Inn Express locations we have stayed in previously). So, there was no place for the kids to sleep. We called the front desk, where they apologized and said they would try to find a rollaway bed. The front desk person arrived at our room apologizing again, because there were no more rollaway beds. She gave us a metal frame and a one inch thick foam pad, with some bedding. So my daughter wound up sleeping on the sofa, and my son on the cot. In addition, the pool was open 24 hours so there were kids in there until 2 a.m. (!!) On a positive note, the breakfast was o.k., although the bananas were getting too ripe. Needless to say, we won't be back!

Stayed for 1 night Oct 18. The room was clean & had the usual Holiday Inn Exp amenities. However, there was no elevator & since the hotel was full, we were stuck with a room on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was good & the pool area got my daughter's approval. There was a free internet computer in the lobby & the staff were helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel to be more than just another Holiday Inn (or, perhaps it's just the new face of Holiday Inn). In addition to a clean, comfortable room (with a useful mini refrigerator), we found DSL in the room (and a wired computer in the lobby), a pool/spa that was open 24-hours, and a friendly knowledgeable (and locally raised) staff that knew the area. This is a great pick for a place ot stay if you're passing through Klamath Falls and want something that's a touch more than just a parking place and a room.
