Once again the Belmont lives up to being the best motel in Seaside. Me and my wife stayed a week in August and like always i felt like i was home. The rooms pool and grounds are very clean, also the owners and there managers Moe and Kitia are some of the best people you will evert meet We love all of you THANK YOU

My 2 children, my mom and I stayed at the Belmont the third week in August for 3 nights. Initially we were upset because we expected the room to be bigger for the amount of money we paid, but we made it work. The best part, which we all agreed on was the private porch because unfortunately it rained all 4 days we were there. We booked off the internet reviews we read. Although like I said the room was really small, the staff was friendly, the pool very clean as well as the room, and having everything so close was great. I think after seeing what the other motels looked like and what they had to offer we will stay at the Belmont again, but in a bigger room.

We were looking for a place to stay for one last trip to the shore before the kids had to go back to school. I searched on line for a motel that my wife would be happy in (she's a clean freak!) I came across the Belmont and after reading the reviews, decided to give them a call. The man on the phone, his name was Mo, was so helpful and friendly, I knew that I had found the right place.When I explained to him that my wife wanted a nice room for ourselves and our two teens, he assured us that we would not be disapointed.When we arrived we were greeted by smiling faces and felt immediately at home. The room, we took a suite, was immaculate and having two TV's with teens was definitely a plus. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast, especially good was the homemade banana nut bread.(I think they said the owner makes it himself) . Also , the beach passes we got for the four of us saved us lots of money. In all, we found the Belmont to be one of the nicest beach hotels we have ever stayed at and we plan to go back for a longer stay next year. Oh, thanks Mo for the t-shirts!
