The hotel is very attractive and well maintained, and the rooms in good shape. One problem is that the neighborhood is semi-industrial and commercial suburban sprawl that is very confusing to find your way through. OK for business travelers or wedding guests but not otherwise. The staff knew nothing helpful about the local area, including beaches. The pool was heated but not cleaned once during the three days we were there. Housekeeping is minimal, and some simple requests, like please empty the trash, were overlooked.

I searched and searched the Internet for a nice place to stay during our trip to New Jersey. I was beginning to think there wasn't a quality place to stay, and I was very flexible on the location. Then I saw Staybridge Suites and it looked too good to be true. It was just minutes from the Jersey shore and minutes from my wife's parents house... and the price was reasonable.
What a find! This place is wonderful! It was more than we expected. Don't let the Industrial Way address throw you, it is a great location. It's in a quiet location that is close to everything you could possibly need. In our case, the beach, grocery stores, nice restaurants, and most importantly, Dunkin Donuts. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen if you choose to prepare your own meals, a separate bedroom for the adults, and a pull out sofa bed for the kids. Each room has its own television too, complete with a DVD player.
Every staff member we dealt with was incredibly friendly and willing to make our stay pleasant and comfortable The air conditioner in our room failed to turn on during the second day of our stay. A courteous maintenance man was there immediately to fix it. One unique thing that they do is provide little index cards with directions to any point of interest you might have. They recommended Rooney's, right on the Jersey shore, for seafood and it was wonderful!
The room was nice and clean, with daily maid service; the breakfast was always fresh; and the pool was perfect for our 3 year old daughter. All three of these are evident in the picture we have submitted. Our little girl is enjoying breakfast in the room with her swimsuit on - ready to head for the pool when she is finished.
I have never had a hotel room that was the highlight of a trip before but this place was great and we spent more time at the hotel than I had planned. One other thing that I feel needs mentioning is the shower; it had great water pressure and was very welcome at the end of a busy day.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Staybridge. The staff was firiendly and the room were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was full of surprises. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting the area.

What a hotel.....Brand New and awsome service!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with our experience. They give you a free FULL breakfast every morning....waitstaff was exceptional. I can't say enough about this hotel.

They are right behind the Sheraton Hotel in Eatontown on Rt 35.....I am completely won over and will now be a regular at the Staybridge Suites!
