I am a resident at Wingfield Springs (right at Red Hawk), but most frequently play at D'Andrea just up the road. Both are great courses, but the service and facilities are better at D'Andrea (it is a Troon golf course), and they offer a variety of rates, including a late 9 hole rate, which is good for us folks who like to unwind after work.
Red Hawk does not offer a 9 hole rate, instead making you fork over $55 to play the late rate (who wants to cram 18 holes of golf into such a short period of time?).
Red Hawk needs to look at its rates and offer some incentives for locals and residents to play there. There are new golf courses opening all over Reno/Sparks! Otherwise the course is OK.
