“We Loved The Signature !!!”

Signature at MGM Grand

We stayed at the Signature at MGM for 5-nights from June 7th - 12th and i must say it really is a fabulous place. We booked the room in tower 1 directly through the owner for $149/night including resort fees and housekeeping. We were on the 12th floor and had a Junior Suite

Upon arrival we were treated like stars, the bell man took our luggage and held the door for us to the lobby .. inside we were offered bottled water while waiting to check in. It was 12:30pm and we were told our suite was not yet cleaned and they took our cell phone number and said they would call when ready. We went over to the MGM Grand for a bite to eat and checked out the casino while waiting. Around 2 1/2 hours later we received a call our room was ready.

At check-in earlier the lady at the desk ask me if we were celebrating a special occasion or just on vacation, i told her we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary.

After getting our room key and all checked in we headed up to the 12th floor to our Junior Suite #12619 which was located at the end of the hallway away from the elevators, it was very quiet. The room was beautiful and everything was clean and neat .. upon entering the room we notice a greeting card on the table adressed to us and upon opening it we are surprised to see it's a Happy Anniversary card from the Signature as well as a fancy tray of chocolate truffles .. what a nice surprise !!! One very minor thing i noticed was the carpet looked a little worn and in need of replacement. We really liked all the extras including the coffee maker, blender, stove, microwave, kitchen sink, fridgerator and of course the big LCD flat panel TV. The bathroom was huge with double sinks, walk-in shower and a huge jacuzzi tub that was plenty big enough for 2 with extra room. The air conditioning worked really well and kept the room nice and cool.

Our favorite part of the room you ask ... THE BED & PILLOWS !! OMG the bed was the most confortable bed we ever slept in and the down pillows were equally as comfortable .. we never had trouble sleeping and always woke up feeling fresh and well rested.

The walk was not an issue for us at all, from tower 1 to the MGM Grand casino floor was approximately 12-15 minute walk. There are 2 moving walkways that connect the Signature to the MGM Grand .. all enclosed and air conditioned. The swimming area at the Signature is right outside the lobby area .. probably about 2-3 minutes from room if that. The MGM Grand pool was probably a 10-minute walk as it is located down the escalator right when you enter the MGM Grand after the moving walkways. I could possibly see the walk being a problem for an elderly person that has complications walking but like many have said before "It's Vegas and there is lots of walking "

Overall we loved the Signature and had an enjoyable stay, if your looking for a quiet place and smoke free and don't mind walking then this is a really nice place for the money. It is located at the south end of the strip and to walk to the mid strip area is probably about a 45-minute walk .. all depending how fast you walk and if you stop on the way.

“Thoroughly enjoyed the signature”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sig. My husband said it was the best place he has ever stayed in Vegas.

We stayed 5 nights. We had groceries delivered and cooked most of our meals. We also made sandwiches and breakfast. The kitchenette in the room made this easy and convenient, not to mention it saved us a lot of money. We also were able to bring movies to watch in the room while waiting for the groceries to be delivered.

I really liked the fact that the rooms are actually closer to the MGM Grand pools than the MGM Grand rooms are. Closer to the spa as well. My husband liked the fact that it was a non-smoking non-gaming hotel.

We rented through someone on vrbo.com which saved us money as well. The few drawbacks: the jets in the jacuzzi tub didn't work (very minor, didn't really matter to us), housekeeping was not as good as we had hoped. These things were very minor to us and did not hinder our enjoyment of the Sig. We definitely want to go back!

“Great place for a large Group”

Our 1 BR Suite was beautiful. I requested a strip view but regretted that because there is so much construction going on. Request a pool/mountain view until they finish all of the construction at City Center. We had 6 people in the room, 2 in the King bed, 2 in the Queen sleeper and brought 2 aerobeds. We also brought a suit case full of water, soda, crackers and snacks. The kitchen was great. The master bath was perfect for everyone getting ready each night and the 3/4 bath was perfect for a quick shower. Really enjoyed the balcony! We brought out a few of the dining chairs and actually spent time out there early in the AM and late at night. We had a smoker in our room that brought her own ashtray. Its great the property is all non smoking. Went to the pool at MGM the first day and it was alot of fun, but tried the pool in our tower the second and third day and it was much more relaxing. The walk to the Casino did get old, but it was well worth it!

“A bit of bliss in Las Vegas”

Signature at MGM Grand

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with the husband. We stayed in a penthouse suite on the 34th floor with a vegas strip view. Wow - what a great place. You underestimate that it's non-smoking and non-gambling until you take the 10 minute walk to the MGM and start coughing trying to get your breathe!

The pool and cafe facilities were great and just what was needed to feel bliss in the desert and not part of the "gambling and buffest crowd".

Lovely place that I would go back to again...and I have not said that for anyplace yet!

We stayed at Tower Two at Signature and got room 34705 at the 34th floor. The lady at check in was really friendly and helpful.
The Junior Suite was beautiful and so clean and we had a nice strip view.
With the 15$ service fee/day we got water, the paper, wireless internet and access to the fitness centre.

We loved the hotel and we really didn’t think that the walk to MGM was anything. We have two dogs and really like walking

The room was beautiful and it was cleaned as soon as we left. The bed was heaven to sleep in and the bathroom and the whirlpool tub so relaxing.

The Starbucks in tower 1 was easily accessible and we loved that we could use the MGM pools – especially the lazy river.

We stayed at TI, Signature and Bellagio this trip and of those hotels we liked Signature the best and we would definitely stay there again!
