I just came back 2 weeks ago. My Mother, I and some other ladies. I was not to pleased. The hotel and Casino seemed very warm..as far as the air conditioning. The hotel seemed to be older and musty smelling. We did spot a bug or two in the room. The exhause fan in the bathroom was horrible. I would say this would not be one of the cleaniest spots in Vegas. It was OK..somewhere to lay down out and shower. Would not stay there again. However the location was pretty good.

Palace is getting a little ratty.Third time I've stayed here.Food at buffet is dysmal.Casino is so crowded you cannot walk through,could not hardly find a slot to play,all gaming tables were full day and night.Got one free drink about every 45 min to an hour. Rooms were clean but just ok.

My wife and I have stayed here 4 Times never had a problem,really had a GOOD TIME. MY wife even won a lot on our last visit on the First Slot she tried. Hope to do the same when we arrive on the 1 Sept 2003.

pleasantly surprised b/c of the reviews we heard of this hotel. The trip was great. The room was clean and the location was great. The emperor's buffet had quite a selection for the price. I liked the tour company that we went with. They took care of our luggage. The room we had was quiet and spacious. There was a very good auto collection. Due to wear and tear the carpet in the room will need changing soon. It would be nice if there was a lounge for people to sit while waiting for the tour bus to take them to the airport. Over all it was a nice hotel.
It may not be a five star hotel but we were comfortable during our stay. They need new elevators that are bigger and faster and do not stop on every floor when they are full!
