we booked this hotel blindly, going on the reputation of the best western chain. rooms were clean but the host and hostess (owners) were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming people. there was a mix-up on our room when we first arrived, and they did not want to give me the room i had originally booked (though they were going to charge me the same rate for the smaller room they were trying to get us to stay in!)
owners were rude to us, as though we were a bunch of rowdy teenagers (we are all middle-aged/senior adults) and the housekeeping staff must be instructed not to leave any extra supplies in the rooms because we had run out of toilet paper and were too intimidated by the hosts to ask for more!
we will never ever stay at this establishment again, and will think twice before booking another best western!

The rooms were just OK, but the owners/hosts were the coldest, rudest unappreciative people I have ever come across in my life. They acted like we were doing them a favor by staying there, and the male host stood outside and watched us like a security guard (we were all adults with no children aged 48 yrs to 83 years old).
If they are looking for repeat business, someone needs to show these people how to treat their guests with respect and appreciation. I would never stay at this establishment again.

we stayed here from wednesday evening until sunday at the end of april. first, this is a motel, exterior entry. during our stay, the first floor of the building that we stayed in was being remodeled so we had to stay upstairs. I believe its was building B, it was a separate building on the northeast section of the property. adjacent to the north is a shopping center, and the noise travels to the upstairs units. possibly because it is freeway close, it seemed like diesel pick-up trucks were arriving and leaving throughout the night. from wednesday until saturday, night-time seemed to be constantly interupted by idling trucks. it was until saturday night that the idling seemed to cease. others we went with stayed in the main section across the parking lot from us and didn't seemed to be bothered by the noise.
