Secure your belongings in the safe! The day before we left to return home our bags were rummaged and souveniers and gifts were stolen from zippered compartments when we left for the afternoon. These bags were carry-on and the maid apparently thought she would be able to blame the heist on the airlines. The hotel never responded to our complaint. A nice hotel with dishonest staff.

Clean large rooms. Good and friendly service from statf. Very good location. Cheap price of only $85 a night with a very decent breakfast. Excellent location

The location of the hotel is central to all the place you would want to visit. You can pretty much walk anywhere from the hotel, even though cab fares are ridiculously inexpensive there. Room was well kept. I didn't realize that the A/C was behind the curtains (it's a wall-mount unit). Breakfast was OK with good selection of fruit, cereal, toast & meat to satisfy all breakfast preferences. I would definitely stay there again just for the location.

Very helpful staff but they failed to inform us of the free breakfast. We went in the second day and expected to pay but were pleasantly surprise to find out it was complimentary. The rooms are very adequate, comfortable and clean. The wifi was spotty in the room but reliable in the lobby and free. Location was excellent for our needs. We walked to the Recoleta, then took a taxi to Galleria Pacifica for a few dollars and never felt threatened. Even at night, the area appears to be safe and there are many restaurants within a two block radius. For my purposes, it is a 5 star, but comparing it to other hotels in the USA, it would probably be a 3.5 star. If I didn't know about this website, I would go back, but there are better deals and I will do my homework next time.
