This place is an amazing hotel staff very friendley, rooms very clean , overall fantastic going back to sharm in 2007

Having read some of the mixed reviews after booking, I was worried. However I had a great time, the rooms were clean and the food was tasty and you could eat as much as you like. For those you said that it was same every day, they were in some ways correct but only if you chose all the dishes each day. The hotel staff were very helpful and cheerful and the bar inside the pool was very relaxing. I agree that there was very little entertainment which was also bad. Not a holiday for teenagers or those who want to party all night. There were few brits at the hotel but we got on well with the Dutch, Russians and Germans.
The trips were very good value and although the all inclusive stopped at 11pm, for the price what do people expect.
I would go again.

have just come back from staying at the turquise partner hotel for 2 wks. I was a bit apprehensive to begin with after reading some reviews about this hotel but i have to say that we realy enjoyed it. the staff are all helpfull and happy and will joke with you every day. The cleaners do an amazing job, clean bed linen everyday day and towels, which i loved.Pool area was always clean and a good pool bar. The food we thought was good the 1st week but it does get a bit tedious the 2nd week. You can easily walk to the old town, and namma bay is only about 10-15 min taxi drive away(ask at the reseption and they will book u a taxi, about £3 our money.) The staff do like a tip but dont do like we did and give them our money because they cant change them, take plenty of 10 egyptian pounds which is £1 in our money. If u do decide to take travelers cheques(which i dont recomend) the only place u can change them is at namma bay and at the travel cook office which is opposite macdonalds, just take our money and egyptian, much better. If u want to book any trips just go to the beach and ask for Bonzo, he will get u them much cheaper and u can trust him to get u a good price.A must is the quad biking(brilliant) glass bottem boat is good too. We flew to luxor for the day, tiring but well worth it,£145 each but could of had it cheaper from Bonzo!!!! do the trip on the nile, very good. dont expect nights of entertainments coz there is none, u get a belly dancer and the spinning man(worth seeing him)but it didnt bother us at all. The hotel could do with a bit of refurnishing, but that's all. we will definately be going back, maybe try another hotel but not too far . ENJOY

It is such a shame because before setting off to Sharm for the first time I read many hotel reviews and was often off put by some comments. I really do not expect perfection on a holiday and I deciced to go with this hotel and give it my own rating.

Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The standard of food was maybe 3 to 3 and a half star. This is not the caribbean so the all inclusive package may have certain exceptions.

Throughout my holiday myself and my partner were more than happy, as was my 4 year old Son.

Unfortunately I was struck down with food poisoning a few hours before my departure from the hotel.

On making the hotel group aware of this 2 days after my return home I was fobbed off with some letter sent via email by someone who assumed I knew nothing about micro-biology or human physiology what so ever and I really felt that this was an insult to my intelligence. My degree covered both these subjects in some detail.

As a mature full time student and father, spending money is slightly more limited which is why I chose the all inc package and I had not eaten anywhere other than this hotel in the last 4 days.

As I said it is a shame that this review is not mostly positive.

Would I return? To Sharm...definately.....to the Turquoise partner hotel.....definatley not.... After all, I was only bringing this matter to their attention not lodging a formal complaint. Their response was most unprofessional on this occasion.
