I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my husband and baby. I was pleased with the hotel apartment. We stayed in a studio which had a full size kitchen with cooking utensils and silverware and washing machine/dryer combo. I found this to be very helpful in being able to do my baby's laundry and prepare food. However there was no soap for dishes/laundry and had to provide for self - but this is a minor cost.

I found the hotel staff helpful and friendly. Any request we made was generally quickly addressed.

The areas that were not too great was that the hotel was difficult to locate it would be helpful if the apartment hotel helped with directions. But once we figured out the landmark to use in describing the hotel there were no problems (BTW the landmark is Oasis hotel).

Secondly getting a taxi could be quite a chore. And when we asked the hotel to call a taxi for us we were told that they were pretty sure that the taxi would not come...So we always just had to get on the street and wait for a taxi which was not always easy to do.

Lastly we did get a complimentary pick up and drop off to the airport as was promised.

There was no restaurnat but there are a choice of menus to order from. However you shouldnt be very hungry when you place the order as you would have to wait awhile!

we stayed in the hotel appartments for 2 days . we had booked through thier website and was assured we would be picked up by some one from airport ..the car did not arrive so we took a taxi to the hotel for 30 dhs.on arriving we asked the receptionist abt the car, and was replied that she was not told to send a car ...then we where told that a cab would be there to take us to ,one of thier other properties near mall of emirates since the single bed room we had booked was not available
at that point i lost my patience and after refusing to move from the hotel we were put in a studio appartment for the night and was assured to change to a 1 bedroom the next day .
as though it was a favor to us we were was refunded 30 dhs for the smaller appartment .As promised we were not changed to a bigger room the next day ...although at that point we did not care .the studio was clean and neat .although thay have a full functioning kitchen ,and had a coffee maker we were not given any essentials for making cofee .we were asked to buy coffee and sugar if we needed to .
there was no communication between the receptionists and the male receptionist in the day was pretty arrogant .

We booked with the Hotel website www.mincapartment.com, we were picked up from the Airport for free, welcomed by friendly staff, room was clean and the service was always with a smile.

Hotel is located at the centre of shopping area.You can get to Burjuman shopping mall for just walk the steet to a get anything with in 10- min. Airport is 15-20mins away. Can you belive the Hotel provides free Internet.

I will come back again but i want to check out the new Dubai in my next trip they have one more hotel near i guess.
