The hotel is beautiful, clean, well kept. The receptions are friendly too. No problem for english speakers like me which is a blessing. Rooms are quite big for HK standard. Rates are good at 860HKD excluding tax for the long staying package. Food in the resturants are good as well. Location wise, connected to a newly renovated shopping centre so shopping and eating are easy. Walking through the shopping mall, u'll reach Shatin KCR station to bring u to other parts of HK by train.
Things i dont enjoy will be the bad room service, who burged into my room with my half opened door when i ordered late snack for room dining, without asking any permissions to come in to place the food. Luckily i was alone, if my wife happen to be sleeping or in her sleeping attire, things are gonna turn out bad. After placing the food, he hand me the bill, a pen and look at me without saying anything again. Upon his grumble on watsoever he's talking bout i signed and he left. No smile but only signs of frustration from a bad day throughout. I emailed the comments address of this hotel regarding breach of privacy and rude behavior, but no replies or mails were given back. Room making service, no new sheets or pillow cases had been changed until my 5th day of stay. So to me, the customer service is very bad. I will never come back to this hotel again if they have no intentions to improve or look into customers comments.
