I chose this hotel instead of Sheraton Park Anaheim (which I've stayed at before) just to see how it was.

Two Pros:
- Free shuttle to and from the park
- In-room refrigerator

Cons:
- $10 per night parking fee (same as Disneyland parking fee)
- strange odor in the hallways and the room
- although shuttle was free, it did NOT come on time once when we were there, and it was raining!
- rude front desk clerk who seemed disturbed that he had to get off his cell to check us in
- no restaurants within walking distance
- room/bathroom extremely outdated
- paper thin walls

Overall:
This hotel was not worth the points that I used and definitely is not worth anyone's hard-earned money. If you're trying to decide between this Sheraton and the other one (Sheraton park) you should definitely choose Sheraton Park. The free shuttle just is not worth the decision to stay here instead. In fact, Sheraton Park is only a 10 minute leisurely walk away from Disneyland. This hotel is more like a cheap motel with a pretty exterior that is branded by the Sheraton name.

One Last Note:
Be sure to sign up for an SPG American Express card, which gives you a bunch of bonus points just for signing up (enough for 1 or 2 free nights).

We found this hotel to be perfect for what we needed it for: a jumping off point for the Disneyland parks.

Positives: Very nice hotel with pretty lobby w/gorgeous aquarium in it. Great location (very close to Disney parks). Convenient Shuttle service, and ticket concierges in lobby for parks was great. Room was clean, spacious and very nicely (3 1/2 - 4 star) decorated (it's not 5 star but that's not what we booked). Restaurant w/breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of food.

Negatives: They charged us to park our rental car in the hotel lot.

We would definitely stay here again.

I have read some of the reviews on the Sheraton Anaheim and really, I wonder if we were at the same hotel! We found the hotel to be very nice. The rooms are large, the bathroom is small - but it is a bathroom! We never ate our meals at the hotel, but rather took the shuttle to the park, walked across the street and chose a restaurant from the many available on the main drag. The shuttle was very convenient and very accomodating. If the shuttle filled up, the driver always called for another right away. We found everyone helpful -especially the front desk when Supershuttle never showed up to pick us up! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We are not snooty people, nor do we book fancy hotels. But this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Go and enjoy.

The sheraton anaheim is a really nice hotel. The bus service to disney was good as well every half and hour. The jacuzzi pool was nice too has it was too cold to swim in the big pool. The food was nice in the garden restaurant at night try the new york steak it was lovely and also the salmon. Pevel sorted some of our trips out he was the bellman and he was really good. hes got a friend called toni and he will do a private taxi around anywhere you want to go to. hes know a lot of knowledge about the area and would defintley recommend that. Go to warner brothers studios was a good day out.
