We stayed here for three nights during our trip to California. We were excited because we had stayed at their sister hotel for a couple nights and it was great. We were disappointed. First off, the location is kind of inconvenient if you're driving. They have the shuttle to Disneyland so that works well, but if you want to drive its at an odd location and hard to get out of. Check in was smooth and fast even though it was very busy. We stayed in a Kids Suite which our kids thought was fabulous. It was a great concept and it is very cool for the kids with the bunk beds and their own little room. We were very disappointed and kind of icked out though. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The night we checked in there were two dirty wineglasses outside our door. When we left, 3 DAYS LATER, they were still there. And we requested housekeeping everyday! They did the minimum to make it look clean. For example, they never vacuumed under the bunk beds so everytime something fell under there is was disgusting to retrieve it. Also, the kids suites are all located on the same side of the hotel which is over top of the restaurant. By 2:00pm our room smelled like grease. Especially being a weekend time when the hotel/restaurant was busy it was bad. But beware, if you open the window it actually gets worse. We did complain to the front desk and they didn't really seem to care until a line-up formed behind my husband then they gave us a night free, I think just to shut him up. On the positive side, the restaurant's food and service is great. The meals were large and truly delicious. And with the kids eat free deal, much cheaper. One note on the pool, we only used it once. It says heated but it was actually freezing. The hot tub was packed and only one die-hard kid stayed in the pool.
