My gf and I stayed here in Nov 2007.
We were in Luxembourg as my GF was here with work, and i came along for a free trip ;o)
The staff couldnt have been more helpful.
My gf wanted faxes sent and packages sent and then picked up and none of it was too much trouble. The staff's English was also excellent.
The rooms themselved were nice but nothing spectacular.
We had a room over looking the square which was really nice as there was a food market there on the Saturday morning.
However the noise from the local church every 15 minutes can be a pain if you want to lay in late one morning.
For some reason they also seemed to be cleaning the square outside the hotel constantly.
Free WI-FI in the room was a huge bonus and something which we took adavnatge of.
The bathroom was a tiny bit small but had everything you needed and a powerful shower too.
All in all a really nice hotel in a lovely location.
It is however a 10/15 minute walk away from the train station but only a 3/4 minute walk from the bus station.
I would recommend this hotel

I was in Luxembourg on business for two nights and chose this hotel based on its location in the centre of town - most other hotels seem to be either around the train station or out towards the financial district.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and modern. A few additions would have improved my stay however, particularly from the point of view of a business traveller. There was no room-service, safe or mini-bar, the phone was surprisingly difficult to operate and, most importantly, there was no in-room information on hotel services, i.e. breakfast times, phone instructions(!), restaurant menu etc.

Also, I should point out the minor annoyances- the shower ran hot and cold, though it was fairly recently fitted, and there was almost no soap left in the dispenser. Plus, the lift seems to serve very little purpose, in that you have to go up a flight of stairs to use it, and it opens out between floors, so you then have to go up or down another flight to your room!

Having said all that, it is a clearly and modern hotel, with a decent breakfast included for a reasonable price, and the location could not be better, in Place Guillaume, the central square. If on business then perhaps try the one of the abundant chain hotels in the financial district, but if on holiday then this is a great place to stay, especially if you're just passing through and want a base for a day looking round the city.

This hotel is small but in a great location and with very helpful staff. I stayed here for one night whilst on a business trip and they were great when I needed assistance in planning taxis from one meeting to another. The best part was definitely the restaurant as the food was fantastic so even if you don't stay in the hotel, visit the restaurant.

Perfectly decent small hotel in prime location in city centre square. Although small, the rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Incorporates an Italian Restaurant. As to be expected in city centre, there is some street noise and church bells, although no traffic in front of hotel. Free wireless internet access in all rooms is a useful bonus.
