The hotel was in a great position - not far from the airport and near the sea and the old town. Walking distance to everything, including a great restaurant, the Lanterna - great value. The hotel was lovely, very clean and we had a lovely continental breakfast. The staff were very helpful and explained where to go in the vicinity. We hired a car and visited the Neptune caves - a must see! If you can't climb 1600 steps there and back you should take the boat to the caves. Alghero old town was lovely - the only problem we had was the resaurants didn't open till late evening so on our last day we were hanging around the town, with other Brits, looking for something to do before the late flight home at 9.00pm.

This is a fantastic hotel. Rooms are great and very clean and spacious. Each comes with its own terrace or balcony. Breakfast is included and it's very nice with a good selection. Great location, in easy walking distance of the sea and old town. Staff are extremely friendly. They will help you to book transport to and from the airport if you contact them directly.

Before we left for our break we emailed the hotel and asked for directions, which were supplied within two hours with details and a clear instructions. The staff were always pleasant and friendly, even late at night when I needed a night cap or coffee, or directions to a good restuarant. It is in a pleasant neighbourhood and minutes from town, and compared to other hotels we looked at closer to the centre this was by far the best choice. I would advise it for a quiet comfortable stay.

Quality hotel at a budget price, aprox 10 minute walk from the old town of Alhgero.
The hotel is in a residential area, very quiet and peaceful, the hotel is immaculate (I think it is relatively new).
There is a very reasonably priced bar in the lobby.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are bright and very clean, king size bed, tv and hairdryer. The bathroom is above normal standard!
The breakfast was basic but fresh and plentiful.
The hotel provides a map of the area, and will recommend an Italian resteraunt around the corner if you arrive late(very nice!).
I would definately recommend this hotel.
