The hotel is located next to Piazza Navona and is on the second floor of a well-kept apartment building. It opened in Feb 2008. Everything is new. The features in the rooms are equivalent to at least a four star hotel. Very good and spacious bathrooms with rain showerheads. There are only five rooms and no reception to speak of. It functions at bit like a B&B. The owner will come for the check-in and fix breakfast in the morning. The prices differs by room. I paid around €130 or so, which was a very good value for what it offered. A highly recommendable accomodation!
