The hotel is close to the central train station (approx. 10min by walking) and directly situated next to Frankfurt trade fair. Easy access to public transport at subway station Festhalle/Messe (2min from hotel). Arrived from the airport for a short one night stay. Checking-in at reception was smooth and staff welcoming.
I stayed in a fairly big superior room with floor to ceiling skyline view after room upgrade based on frequent flier status. Furniture was modern and stylish. Very clean bath room featuring a tub as well as Bogner amenities. Complimentary wifi throughout hotel including rooms was a great add-on. Everything looks still pretty new, maybe except the crt tv that could be replaced by a lcd display. Missed some decorative art on the walls though there was a photo wallpaper with a Goethe quotation that gave the room a little personal and regional touch.

i was in transit. needed a hotel for 1 night. got this hotel on a priceline bid. this hotel is near the train station as well as tram and subway lines. easy access to the airport. hotel is new and very nice and clean. room was on the small side and had only a shower. i would not hesitate to stay here again. perfect for staying in fra overnight to catch another flight. staff was great too.

Stayed one night to visit the Paperword Trade fair. During the Fair the rooms are expensive, over 300 Euros, but you are right by Hall 3 and can easily walk to the main entrance if you not an exhibitor. As the other reviewers have stated the hotel is brand new and very nicely furnished. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are great. The front desk service is very efficient. There is an underground car park which is not managed by the hotel, so you have to pay at a machine without concession. I did not eat dinner at the hotel but the buffet breakfast was excellent. If the room rates are not too high and you need to be at the Messe, then stay here.

We booked this hotel at short notice for a 1 night stay - myself and wife and my parents, 2 double rooms.
We arrived early but were allowed to check-in to the rooms. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly with advice, maps etc.
We paid just 59 euros a room which is unbelievable value for this hotel - breakfast (hot and cold buffet - well stocked) was an additional 15.50 euros each.
The hotel is obviously very new, clean and modern.
WIFI only really worked properly in one room but that was good enough for our needs.
We booked two double rooms, one came with just a shower, the other with bath and shower. I'm sure if it bothered my parents, they could have moved to another room but it was not an issue for them as they prefer showers.
Walking to town is not a problem - less than 20 minutes, although taxis, tram and metro are all an option very close to the hotel.
The location around the hotel is very quiet. We stayed on a Saturday night. The immediate area houses a large exhibition centre and a number of other hotels. We thought we would eat local and not knowing the area well and having a fruitless 10 minute stroll, opted for the hotel restaurant.
Turned out to be an excellent choice. On offer was a hot buffet or full choice a la carte. Both excellent value.
We opted for the a la carte and everything ordered was very well presented and cooked perfectly. Being a hotel, international cusine was on offer as well as specialist Austrian dishes (due to the hotel chain origins). We had a mixture of both between us with no complaints at all.
Parking cost us 27 euros for approx 25 hours - although we did notice after pulling into the hotel car park there are free spaces available in surrounding street - if you are lucky therefore it can be free.
The wife used the gym on Sunday morning and had it to herself. It was pretty small but had the usual equipment and, of course, due to the newness of the hotel, everything was working and clean.
Overall, we found the staff, cleanliness and location (as it didn't rain and we like a stroll) excellent. Brilliant for our quick trip to view this lively city and it's famous christmas markets.
