Unexpectedly had to stay at this hotel when my flight to the US canceled at the last minute.

The hotel is directly adjacent to the airport -- it can be a bit confusing to find your way (signs are a bit lacking), but once you know the way, it's easy. The hotel did a nice job checking in an entire flight of disgruntled, tired guests and did it all with a smile.

The rooms are standard -- comfortable bed, good-sized modern bathroom, and work space with desk. The decor is light wood and is pleasing. The hotel is very, very large and rooms near the elevator are best. Despite being next to the airport, I heard absolutely no airplane noise. I had a couple of minor problems (TV, etc.) that were addressed very quickly.

I ate dinner in the German restaurant in the hotel. The food was acceptable and plentiful but, in all honesty, a bit heavy even for German food. However, the service was friendly and very good. The hotel bar was modern and the service was prompt and friendly as well. Prices for food and drink were a bit high, even without the poor exchange rate.

If you need/want to stay at the airport, this hotel is more than acceptable. However, if you can go into town, there are many nice hotels with a bit more "atmosphere" that are also closer to restaurants and nightlife.

I stayed at this property for one night while connecting back to the US. It was nice time saving to stay here and not have to travel to town and back for my flight, not mention the expense involved in cab fares from the airport. The rooms and property is okay, nothing fancy just the basics. They have a couple nice restaurants and nice gym facility. Apparently the A/C is not real popular in Germany bc it took awhile to cool the room down. You can also catch the train into town for dinner / sightseeing right from the airport. If you are looking for a quick and easy place to stay while connecting in Frankfurt I would say this is the best place. If you are spending more time, get a place in town.

The staff are exceptionally friendly; the rooms are large and clean and the hotel could not be any closer to the airport (you can enter from the terminal).

This hotel was convenient for us as we had an early flight out of Frankfurt. The room was fine but a little run down (stains in the carpet, gaps in the ceiling tiles in the bathroom, etc.). The towels in the bathroom were a bit small, but the bathroom itself was large, and the hotel is overpriced for what you get.

I normally wouldn't even bother to write a report on a hotel like this, but I had to complain about one thing. We checked in late in the evening, and just wanted to get to bed. Check in went fine, and we found our room ok, after a long hike to the elevators, then a VERY long hike to the room from the elevators. When we got to the room, the one card key that they gave us didn't work. So, my husband had to go all the way back to the desk and get it replaced. When he got there, they announced that it must have been his fault that the card didn't work because he must have put it too close to his cell phone. My husband doesn't even carry a cell phone, but he was too tired to complain. Luckily, the card worked the second time.

It's a convenient place to stay if you're stuck at the airport, but otherwise, I'd skip this hotel.
