The hotel building and rooms were faultless - neat, clean, great decor, spacious rooms, good value...
Unfortunately, everything that went wrong with our stay had to do with customer service or human error.
Our triple room only had towels for 2. (One in the bathroom, and the *spare* in the cupboard).
The restaurant was badly understaffed. My 2 companions had finished eating their meal before I'd received mine. The same happened to the table next to us.
When we asked to put the food bill on our room, the system showed that someone else's name was registered to our room - which is not too much of a problem at the time - but no effort was made to rectify it, or apologise or make sure there wasn't a double booking. ...I slept with the deadlock on, just in case. :)
All in all an okay stay. It would've been perfect if the staff lived up to the standard of the building.
