We stayed for two nights in Sept. Our room was large and faced the street. That was the problem. It was extremely noisy both nights. Police sirens and noisy people leving the nightclub down the street made for a loss of sleep. If we had stayed longer, I would have asked to be moved.
Another problem we had was the lack of a top sheet. When we asked for one we were told to pick one up the next time we were downstairs. My wife had to put it on the bed, not housekeeping.
The hotel is convienent to restaurants, pubs etc.

Good standard of hotel in a great location within a 5 minute walk of Princes Street.

Omni Centre and Playhouse opposite.

Rooms were spotless. Tea and Coffee facilities provided.

Breakfast was continental but plenty of it. Good selection of cereals, yoghurts, bread, cheese, fruit plus a toaster with jams, honey etc.

Good service from reception. Didn't get charged for use of onsite hotel, although should have been £5 per night.

No problem with noise like some others have experienced. My husband and I had a room at the front overlooking the Omni and didn't suffer traffic noise. My parents had a room at the back and said it was very quiet.

Overall a great stay for what we paid - only £44 per room per night.

I stayed at this hotel for several days mid week and found it very good. It was really close to Princess Street.

Despite other reviews here, it wasn't noisy (I was on the ground floor beside the small car park), it was also easy to find and the staff were very helpful.

Overall, it was very clean, great powershowers and very comfortable beds.

The breakfast was plentiful. There was no restaurant but plenty of eating places nearby.

There was a secure area to leave luggage before signing in or after signing out.

I would stay at this hotel again.
