Good afternoon,

I have it on good information from my firend who volunteers at the library: "Yes, the library will loan out books to visitors. Books can be checked out for two weeks. They are open Thursday-Monday 10-2 and late afternoon hours on Thursdays from 2-5. I'm not 100% positive about the Sunday hours, but I think so."
