Copamarina (south)& Palmas (east) are far away from Aguadilla. This town is located in the north-west tip of the island. Spirit, Continental & Jetblue are flying direct - and with the fare discounts they offer makes this destination even more feasible.

In the area there's Golf, airport, many amazing beaches for snorkeling, scuba, surfing or just relaxing. Not far there's Las cascadas aquatic park, the mayaguez zoo, the aguadilla ice-skating ring, the camuy caves, casino, ultralight flying & skydiving, the arecibo radiotelescope, etc. There's a nice fully-equiped villa available in Puerta del Mar, Aguadilla. www.cyberrentals.com/rental/p181910 for details. For the military, there's a BX/Commissary in ramey base.

I would recommend the east coast - Fajardo, or Humacao area...We stayed at the Villas at Palmas del Mar last year, which probably meets most of your requirements...this year we stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Fajardo, pretty new construction...$200/night, fully furnished...but it is not on the beach, but it had a beautiful view, right across from 2 marinas...and the beach was a 5 minute drive...we found the apartment at www.homeaway.com
