BULA from Fiji -

I can't vouch for the Cooks, but here are the best places to go in Fiji:

1. Beachcomber Island. Best party island for singles. Resort caters to young single travelers. You can be in their big dorm, or have a private bure. It's definitely a party palce.

2. Mango Bay Resort. It's on FIji's main island, on the Coral Coast. Nice strand of beach, definitely the best party place on the main island for singles.

3. Uprising Resort. Also on the main island, long beach, and you are really close to activities like white water rafting, zipline canopy tours, jet skiing, and a host of other thing.

4. Matava Resort, Kadavu. This isn't a real singles hang out, so if you are looking to meet or hook up with other singles, this may not be the place to be. But it's a real adventure resort - definitely not family or honeymoon - it's remote and rugged and pristine and the activities are tops.

Depends on what you want. If you are looking for the party/singles scene (meeting guys, etc) Beachcomber is #1 followed by Mango Bay, with Uprising a close third.
