Sangi Apartments, San Gimignano - any good?

I'm looking at staying in San Gimignano and have been offered Alice Apartment by Sangi Apartments in central Tuscany for 65 Euros a night.

It sounds a bit too good to be true. Has anyone stayed there or know of them?

Also need advice as we're going to a wedding in Lorniano and wondered how difficult it will be to get cabs there and back.

Any info would be appreciated.
