'Tamboril' at Pescaderia 2. Suggestion: champi.

'Txepetxa' at Pescaderia 5. Suggestion: antxoa.

'Goiz Argi' at Fermin Calbeton. Suggestion: brocheta.

'Bergara' at General Artetxe 8. The best rated bar in pintxos contests.

Sorry, of course i know that its called pintxos in the north of spain.Maybe you have some others tips for us. we have planed to drive Routa del vino, after we have visited San Sebastian.A little trip to Pamplona, just to see the town. Then we are going to Logrono to start our vine and pintxos tour.Is thre any places we must see? And places we have to eat on? We have planed to go to Burgos, Haro, Leon, Oviedo and Santander. There are great local tapas in Burgos: 'morcilla' of course! the black pudding from Burgos is famous in Spain, 'morro rebozado' thin fillets of veal snout fried in batter, 'oreja de cordero' lamb's ears stew and 'careta' crusty pieces of pig's face.
