Hi,

My sister & I are in the process of planning a girls weekend to Malaga/Marbella area at the end of September. I read about the terrorist activity in that part of Spain this week - what do the locals feel - is it still pretty safe in terms of a tourist destination? Any feedback would be most welcome. The explosions were more like fireworks than bombs and many warnings were given so no threat to life.

Go ahead and enjoy your break.
