There is a train at 14:54 with 2 changes and one at 15:37 with one change. I can't see any that go directly to Zurich from the airport. They either go through Frankfurt main station or a combination of

Swiss cities.

Not much point in the expense of a taxi between the airport and the main station in Frankfurt when you have a perfectly good train service. There are at least 6 trains an hour. Don't really understand your point about luggage. If you are willing to get on one train with it then why not two?

There are hourly connections to Zürich departing at :54. Some have 1 change of trains (Basel), some 2 (Mannheim and Basel).

Mannheim is easy as both trains stop at the same platform.

No need to travel to Frankfurt Hbf first. Wrong direction and not the shortest transfer times (a huge terminus station).

There are more regional trains between the airport and Hbf. These are also faster in this case. Also easier if you have lot's of luggage as you can just park it for the short hop in the big door rooms.
