Which option is more convenient and comfortable to travel from Asmterdam to Frankfurt (at Main) with young kid, my 2-yr-old son..train or plane?

And, what is normal price for airplane ticket from Ams to Frankfurt? i check from internet that ICE train will cost me EUR107..but, i just want to make sure if this is direct train, or should I transfer in one or more stations along the way.

thank you..terima kasih!

There are direct trains from Amsterdam to Frankfurt and also to Frankfurt Airport.

DB timetable

http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en

From: Amsterdam

To: Frankfurt

To: FRA airport

Specials start from EUR 39,00. Your 2 year old don't need any tickets.

With a kid train is always more convenient as long the trip won't bee too long. And comfort wise the ICE trains are hard to beat.
