In a few weeks, I will be travelling between Passau and Regensburg. I am wondering if there is any passenger ferries that operate the Danube between these two cities?? Thanks for any suggestions.

Very limited chances, I would say, it's usually part of a Donau river cruise.

This one

has a trip Regensburg-Passau July 27, August 10 and 24 (no option Passau-Regensburg), takes 10 h, price is 30 Euro.
