I am travelling to Aix en Provence early in October to visit my son who will be there studying for the year. I have my flight booked with Ryanair but the flight home is at 6.30 in the morning. Does anyone know if there is a hotel (preferably within walking distance of the airport) I could stay the night before I come home. Report as inappropriate |

We always stay here: bestwestern-marseille-aeroport.com/content/… Never had a bad experience. Used them for years. OH flies out of MRS at 6 am or 6:30 am very often. They have a shuttle that starts running at 5 am (I think - double check). You could walk, but at that hour, the shuttle is nicer, particularly if you have luggage. The shuttle is free. Rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet. Report as inappropriate | ||||||

I don't think you'll be disappointed. There is also a restaurant downstairs and a beautiful pool area with deck. May not want to swim in October, but it is a nice place to read a book. There are others around the airport, but we have found the Sofitel, too expensive and many of the other hotels are further off from the airport and not very nice. Report as inappropriate | ||||||
