A friend of ours is flying out of Shannon to Brussels in the next fortnight and returning to Shannon from the same airport a few days later.

We are trying to get an idea of departures and arrivals (we will be doing the taxi run).

Both airport sites concur with arrival and departure times but are not the same as the Ryanair times. I've tried to book a Ryanair flight on these days and it accepts the booking (I didn't complete, obviously).

So, the question is, which is to be believed more: The airline or the airports?

Thanks in advance. I am also posting this on the Airline Forum.

No, Gaelflyer, thanks for your suggestion...

The Monday flight doesn't exist according to the airports.

The Friday flight is due to arrive in at about 10.30am or so, according to Ryanair, 12.00 midnight or so according to the airports.

I've checked to see if there is a 24h clock issue and there doesn't appear to be.

you need to TRY and contact Ryan air. Winter schedules are coming in now and the airports don't change timetable until that particular flight is operating at the new time. To answer your question trust the airline it is them that are flying you to your destination not the airport.

Bean, I would be inclined to stick with the Ryanair times as printed on the booking confirmation.

My husband works in Shannon, so if you still have a problem closer to the time, feel free to send me a personal message with the details and I can check it out for you.

Bean, I have just had a look at the Ryanair site and it looks like they have changed the Brussels flight from an evening to morning in the Winter schedule.

I think irishbaby is correct that the airports would not change this until the new schedule is in operation.

Bean - Missed this earlier.

I also think that the Ryanair site is the best option as they will use the most up to date information - and as it changes, it feeds into email updates etc.

Let us know how it works out.
