Its actually Tigerlily (with one l). Also try Opal Lounge for a night out. Or Oloroso for a drink in the afternoon. Le Monde is also a newish place on George Street.

The Glasshouse is a hip boutique Edinburgh hotel that I have heard good things about from a friend who stayed there.

For dinner I would suggest the Outsider. Some stunning views of the castle can be found from their tables.

I had a lunch at the living room on George Street which is nearby Tigerlily and it was very good. Although for dinner I never like going to a chain of restaurants.

Tiger Lily or Le Monde (both in George Street) are nice. Or the Malmaison down in Leith. Have a great time!
