Hello

Our plan visiting area Paddington around new year eve. Do restaurant have normally hours open this day? Do they raise pricses?

Yes, restaurants are open on NYE and yes, they often have a special menu which is more expensive than usual. If you don't want that, then somewhere ethnic might be a good bet, and early rather than late.

Best to find out in advance and book early.

A lot of places change their events year by year, so the best you're going to get is "I had a really good time at x last year.".

It's too early to tell about this year really...

For traditional English you would be hard pressed to better Rules or Porters, both in Covent Garden. Tubes should be running all night so getting back to tour accommodation shouldn't be a problem.

Hello Jan,

I second Adam's suggestions of Rules or Porters, but if you actually want to eat around Paddington, there isn't much choice.

However, you might consider the Frontline Restaurant. Here is a review, and a link to the restaurant's website is on that page:
