I wanted to say what a great weekend was spent in Blackpool, the last time we visited was over 5 years ago with the children but we were lucky enough this time to come as a couple. We stayed at the Westholme hotel and were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived,the room was spotless and the breakfast was hearty to say the least and the location was spot on.I was lucky enough to spend a few hours shopping and the wide range of shops were brilliant,most definatly something for everyone. We took a ride down to the pleasure beach one evening from the Tower in a horse and carriage which we felt the costing was very reasonable and a lovely way to see the lights.Overall we had a great weekend and we would recommend blackpool to everyone.
