Hi, my brother is currently in blackpool at the Fleetwood Marine Academy (i think...i'm really bad with names :D ) and so far he found only 1 place that sells halal/muslim food near him. Can anybody let me know if there are any other hala/muslim restaurants or fast food places near him?

Go to the site "www.tipped.co.uk" and search "halal" in "blackpool". It comes up with five places. Otherwise ask the academy to find out.

Not exactly close by but Waters Edge cafe on the promenade at St.Annes is run by muslims and does all halal food.

Having visited Blackpool last weekend I noticed quite a few halal takeouts in Blackpool on the promenade and the side streets.

Most are of the fried chicken variety but its an improvement from 10 years ago when there seemed to be none.
