I am getting married next May and we are looking for a relaxed, country pub style venue for our reception and would welcome any recommendations

We are both in our 40s and just want an informal, relaxed wedding day where we can have some 'home cooking' and few drinks and just enjoy ourselves. Definitely nothing stuffy or too formal

Anybody suggest anywhere in or around Bristol

It may be too far to travel but Hatherley Manor in Cheltenham has a lovely room at the back of the garden leading to decking and a walled garden. Very nice feel to the place and very reasonable prices.
