I have had a look at your link and I found it very helpful.

I have also made a booking at the "Home from Home" place at www.shorttermrentsbristol.co.uk It looks OK from the photos and the guy that owns the place sounded OK on the phone. It is also only about a 10 - 15 min walk from Broadwalk Shopping Centre where I will be working.

If you want I will let you know what the place is like once I have moved in.

Yeah, do let us know what it's like. There is quite a few from time to time asking about lodgings in that area on here. I'm trying to think of a good boozer up that way - but I'm sure your work mates will lead the way! I drive up there most days but it's a wee bit too far for me to walk home :))

Just thought that I would give you an update.

I have been staying at Martins 'Home From Home' www.shorttermrentsbristol.co.uk For 4 nights now and I have to say the place is very nice and clean, just like home !!! I can use all the facility's. The owner (Martin) is a first class host. This is far better than the average Bed and Breakfast or Guest House. The standards are very good in my room I have a double bed, ample storage space, 32" TV and a cable box, a CD player and a alarm clock. All for £26 per night paid weekly in advance ( and off street parking ) I am well happy. It's well worth recommending.
