Hello

I live in Ponoka, Alberta and am wondering if when driving to Regina, Saskatchewan it would be quicker to go east to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and then south, or would it be faster to go south to Medicine Hat, Alberta and then east to Regina.

Could you please tell me and then suggest some things to do on the way you suggest.

I think your best bet would be to drive to Saskatoon and then to Regina. I checked at MAPQUEST.COM, and they gave this information:

You can also go to Google maps and type in the following:

from Ponoka, AB to Regina, SK

It will plot out what it thinks is the most direct route. It will not know about anything like construction or detours.
