This might be a really simple question, but I'm asking anyway.

My wife and I are flying into Buffalo around 2:30 on Sept. 3rd(Wed.) and will be staying on the Canadian side.

However, we would like to do the Cave of the Winds tour before going to the Canadian side to book into our hotel and possibly do the Maid of the Mist.

I'm not sure what time the Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist are open till, and we only have about 24 hours in the area before we head up to Toronto.

Is it possible to do both the Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist in 1 day, considering that we won't be leaving the airport until about 3:30? Or should we wait and do the Maid of the Mist the following morning before we leave?

Also, is it pretty easy to drive from the American side of the falls to the Canadian side, considering parking and border crossing?

Cave of the Winds is open until 8pm, but Maid of the Mist stops at 4:45pm. If you can make it in time, you could do the MOTM first from the U.S. side, and then do COTW after as they are not far from each other. If you don't make it, you can always do MOTM from the Canadian side in the morning (9:45am)
