My family of 3 will be going in the summer of 2009. We would really like to stay on or close to the water in an upscale place. Any ideas? Report as inappropriate |

We stayed with our two kids (9&11) last year at the Fairmont Newfoundland Gold Floor Suite. The service was excellent, private concierge, made to order breakfast in private dining area over-looking the water. Check out Fairmont website for pics and details. Report as inappropriate | ||||||

Seacliff B&B in Brigus is a 4 1/2 Star B&B on the water. Brand new, about 4 rooms to choose from, great breakfast, lovely people. The "Lighthouse Room" has balcony, two person tub, four poster bed. Report as inappropriate | ||||||

Check at The Beach House in Portugal Cove whether they have any suitable accommodations. Their restaurant, Atlantica, is considered one of the best in NL. Report as inappropriate | ||||||
